Added GSX remote control integration: enable it in Settings → Cockpit
Controls to get a GSX tab on the cockpit page that opens the GSX page in a
floating window (draggable, resizable, half/full screen, minimizable).
B777: Added a PITCH TRIM (stabilizer trim) panel.
Fixed radio frequency keypad input occasionally dropping the last digit by 1
(e.g. 132.200 becoming 132.199) on A320/A330/MD11/B777.
